We have great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for a Customer Contact Assistant / Receptionist to become a key member of our Enquiries and Admissions department.
We are looking for hourly paid Customer Contact Assistants to work in on our busy reception area during August and September.
You'll be working on our reception to provide a professional, high quality front of house service to students, staff and visitors, as well as supporting the team with making outbound calls to applicants.
You'll need to have a professional, calm and confident manner when dealing with people over the telephone or face-to-face. You'll also need to be able to think on your feet to provide a responsive and high quality service to whatever enquiries you are faced with, as well as being good at juggling lots of different tasks at once.
