We have great opportunity based at Bedfordshire campus for a Facilities Assistant to become a key member of our Estates and Facilities department.
As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting the success of our students through:
Providing a range of services to support all users of the College facilities, you will patrol college premises and property on foot, providing a visible security presence. You will manage and monitor the use of college car parks, ensuring those parking are only authorised users. A portering service will also be provided between and to college departments. Additionally, you will support to keep the college and surrounding areas free from litter.
Our ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in a Facilities or other similar operational role; with evidence of high performance in previous roles being required and experience of working with the public and experience of working with young people. 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
Circa GBP 18,000 per annum, pro rata, dependent on qualifications and experience.
25 holiday per annum, pro rata
